About the role

  • Sales Secretary managing leads for a rising plastic surgery clinic in Belo Horizonte. Involves scheduling consultations, understanding client needs, and maintaining patient flow.

Responsibilities

  • Handle leads via phone and WhatsApp;
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations;
  • Conduct pre-sales intake, understanding needs and advising on services;
  • Organize the medical schedule and patient flow in the clinic;
  • Record information in the system and keep patient records up to date;
  • Follow up on leads and callbacks;
  • Support various administrative routines related to the commercial area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing leads in a commercial/sales context (preferably in clinics, medical offices, or healthcare services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, systems).
  • Availability for hybrid work in central Belo Horizonte.
  • Experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic (plus).
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business and CRM systems (plus).
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, pricing/quotations, and commercial closing (plus).
