About the role

Responsibilities

  • You build new sales pipelines and optimize existing processes, from initial customer outreach to contract signing.
  • You develop market expansion strategies and implement them together with our team.
  • You stay close to customers, identify their needs, and translate them into compelling proposals.
  • You actively shape the business development roadmap and keep a close eye on new technical developments.
  • You represent our startup at trade shows and networking events, inspiring people with our vision.

Requirements

  • Experience in startup sales
  • Technical understanding: Whether electrical engineering or mechanical engineering — you grasp complex issues and can explain them clearly.
  • Hard skills: You have a proven sales track record, are proficient in cold calling, can draft contracts, and create bundled offers.
  • Soft skills: You spark curiosity in potential customers, are a strong communicator, convey competence, and quickly get up to speed on new topics.
