About the role

  • Director of Partnerships and Alliances at Innovaccer transforming healthcare through strategic partner ecosystem development. Architecting high-impact partnerships to drive significant market expansion and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies across hyperscalers, GSIs, regional SIs, boutique healthcare consultancies, ISVs, and healthcare technology partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with Innovaccer's growth strategy and market expansion goals.
  • Establish joint value propositions, success metrics, and tiered partnership frameworks for each partner category.
  • Build a thriving partner ecosystem that creates network effects, accelerates market reach, and generates partner-to-partner collaboration opportunities.
  • Design and implement a scalable channel framework supporting partnership-led growth.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a set of strategic partnerships, building and maintaining director and VP-level relationships.
  • Navigate complex partner organizations to establish relationships across practice areas, sales, delivery, and executive leadership.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partner teams.
  • Drive mutual success through joint account planning, pipeline development, and coordinated sales motions, working with Innovaccer’s GTM team.
  • Foster ecosystem collaboration by connecting partners with complementary capabilities and shared customer opportunities.
  • Drive joint GTM initiatives including integrated solution development, co-innovation, thought leadership, and market positioning.
  • Develop comprehensive partner enablement programs.
  • Create joint solutions, methodologies, and service offerings with consulting and implementation partners.
  • Partner with marketing to develop co-branded content, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and industry event presence.
  • Build partner certification programs and technical enablement tracks.
  • Launch ecosystem-wide initiatives showcasing integrated multi-partner solutions and value propositions.
  • Drive partner-influenced annual recurring revenue (ARR) through direct partnerships and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Build and manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, tracking opportunities through Salesforce.
  • Develop account-based partnership strategies for key healthcare enterprise prospects and existing customer expansion.
  • Create and monitor partner success metrics including pipeline contribution, joint wins, influenced revenue, and implementation success rates.
  • Accelerate deal velocity through partner-to-partner referrals, collaborative selling, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Establish scalable partnership operations including partner onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing enablement.
  • Develop joint delivery methodologies and best practices for healthcare implementations with SI and consulting partners.
  • Create partner collaboration tools, portals, and communication frameworks.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements including MSAs, NDAs, reseller agreements, and referral agreements.
  • Build ecosystem governance structures and reporting dashboards tracking partner performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel development, business development, or consulting industry roles with proven track record of partnership-driven revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success closing and managing 3+ strategic partnerships resulting in measurable revenue impact ($15-20M+ influenced revenue).
  • Deep experience with consulting firms, systems integrators, and/or hyperscaler partnership ecosystems.
  • Strong healthcare industry expertise including understanding of:
  • Healthcare consulting market and digital transformation initiatives
  • EHR implementations and healthcare IT system integrations
  • Clinical workflows, data integration, and interoperability challenges
  • Healthcare analytics, population health, and value-based care models
  • HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements
  • Salesforce or CRM proficiency for partner pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders across organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, commercial terms, and joint business plans.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across internal and external organizations.
  • Track record of building programs and teams from the ground up and scaling partnership operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or related field.
  • 20-30% for partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic sessions
