About the role

  • Account Manager developing client relationships in Human Capital Management solutions. Building engagement with clients to uncover opportunities within Asure's portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building business relationships with current customers.
  • Work with customers to uncover opportunities to enhance Asure’s portfolio solutions.
  • Complete discovery calls partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts.
  • Profile clients and key contact points for opportunity identification.
  • Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships.
  • Deliver high impact presentations to highlight additional value.
  • Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred.
  • Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple engagements effectively.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, Salesloft and other virtual selling tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Track record of consistent overachievement towards assigned goals.
