Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred.
- Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multiple engagements effectively.
- Proven relationship building and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, Salesloft and other virtual selling tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Track record of consistent overachievement towards assigned goals.
