Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end users
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling
Conduct regular customer visits and onsite assessments to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Execute product promotions, training events, and marketing initiatives to support brand growth
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales reports and forecasts to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
3+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling within the assigned territory
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
