About the role

  • Territory Sales Manager responsible for growing sales and managing relationships in Seattle for OneSolution. Focusing on clients in the Industrial MRO, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end users
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling
  • Conduct regular customer visits and onsite assessments to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Execute product promotions, training events, and marketing initiatives to support brand growth
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
