About the role

Responsibilities

  • You will join our Microsoft Cloud business unit, made up of around ten sales professionals.
  • Business development: Manage a portfolio of clients and prospects.
  • Regular on-site visits to promote Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions.
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for your area of responsibility.
  • Qualify needs, draft proposals, and follow up on service delivery.
  • Animate and energize the partner network and reseller channel.
  • Support partner upskilling on Security offerings.
  • Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prospect new technology partners.
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales and technical teams in Lille-Lesquin and Courbevoie.
  • Actively participate in the Microsoft SureStep community to share best practices.
  • Continuous training on Microsoft Security developments and industry trends.
  • Participate in events: trade shows, webinars, and client/supplier initiatives.
  • Represent the Modern Work and Security offering both internally and externally.
  • Monitor commercial activity across the national territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the IT industry.
  • Good knowledge of market players and distribution channels.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B market.
  • Proven experience in partnership development or business development, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft CSP program, including Defender for Microsoft 365, Lighthouse, M365 Business Premium, Purview, and Microsoft 365 E5.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Microsoft SC-900 certification to be completed within 2 months of hire. It is therefore preferable to already hold certifications for these courses and/or fundamentals of Security.
  • An additional Modern Work certification is recommended.
  • Professional level of English required (written and spoken).
