Responsibilities
Develop and grow reseller and end-user accounts through strategic outreach and consultative selling
Identify new business opportunities, including partners without current ITAD practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners
Drive engagement and insights through the Xvantage platform
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Represent Ingram Micro at industry events and customer engagements
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in ITAD, reverse logistics, or hardware remarketing
Strong channel and partner relationship management skills
Knowledge of IT hardware (servers, networking, data center, PCs) and asset recovery value streams
Consultative selling approach with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience in cold calling and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of data destruction standards (e.g., NIST 800-88, DoD 5220.22-M)
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., R2v3, e-Stewards, HIPAA, GDPR)
Awareness of resale and remarketing value of used IT equipment
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including 5+ years in a sales-specific role
