- Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO Lead, Business Banking & Wholesale Banking
- Develop and implement strategic concepts
- Prepare international meetings and internal communication formats
- Deliver persuasive presentations of complex content
- Numbers, analyses and reporting are part of the daily business
- Generate forward-looking insights and derive strategic actions
- Evaluate new ideas and prepare calculations for business cases

Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in economics, business administration or a related field
- Initial experience in project work, preferably in a consulting environment
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong numerical affinity, business mindset and a good eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of new concepts
- Strategic thinking and the ability to assess impacts on various stakeholders
- Structured working style and good time management, even under pressure
- Team-oriented, cooperative approach and a high degree of self-initiative
