About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on end-to-end recruitment for tech roles. Involved in hiring processes and collaborating with global stakeholders within a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process—from role briefing to offer - ensuring a strong and consistent experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Work closely with hiring managers across different locations to align on expectations and drive hiring decisions
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques
  • Use market insights, data, and new tools (including AI-based solutions) to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
  • Track key recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes
  • Contribute to building scalable recruitment processes and shaping how we hire

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the IT sector
  • Strong, hands-on capability in sourcing and engaging passive talent using LinkedIn and other creative approaches
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and confidently driving hiring processes and decisions
  • A structured, data-driven approach to recruitment, including experience with ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Personio) and recruitment metrics
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Polish skills.
  • Experience working in multi-location or international environments
  • Experience working with PHP, React, Data Engineering and Project Management roles
