About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating new business opportunities in a growing fintech company. Focused on lead generation, sales support, and collaboration with Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Research and identify potential customers using our prospect lists, CRM tools and other resources.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via cold calling and personalized emails.
  • Qualify Leads: Understand prospects’ needs, pain points and maturity level to assess fit for INFINIT’s SaaS solution.
  • Schedule Meetings & Demos: Work closely with Account Executives to arrange qualified appointments and ensure a smooth handover.
  • Support Account Executives: Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation and follow-up materials to advance opportunities.
  • Close Deals When Appropriate: Manage and finalize small or short-cycle opportunities directly over the phone when aligned with the sales strategy.
  • Maintain CRM Quality: Log all activities, conversations and outcomes clearly and regularly.
  • Stay Product-Informed: Keep strong knowledge of our platform and market trends to confidently articulate our value.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to improve outreach messaging, optimize lead quality and share insights.
  • Contribute to Team Strategy: Participate in team meetings by sharing learnings from the pipeline and prospecting efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in telesales, sales, business development or other customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Proven performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone presence.
  • Competitive mindset, goal-oriented and highly self-motivated.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying proactive.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent time management and workflow planning skills.
