About the role

  • Sales Development Senior Specialist developing logistics solutions across Eastern Europe for CEVA Logistics. Evaluating market opportunities, managing customer portfolio, and maintaining client relationships in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the market regarding potential business opportunities
  • Manage customer portfolio - develop existing customers and acquire new ones
  • Demonstrate systematic approach regarding visits, phone calls and negotiations with clients, prepare presentations and quotations, price requests as well as RFQ handling
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Demonstrate consultative sales approach / cross selling, offering complete CEVA suite of products and services and involving additional sales resources (if needed)

Requirements

  • High school or university degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of freight forwarding, ideally ground or mixed transportation products
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good command of English (verbal & written)
  • Computer Skills (MS Office) and CRM automation tools
  • Self-motivation & ability to work on own initiative
  • Valid driver's license category B with willingness to travel as business demands
  • Very important: commercial acumen, customer-orientation
