Sales Development Senior Specialist developing logistics solutions across Eastern Europe for CEVA Logistics. Evaluating market opportunities, managing customer portfolio, and maintaining client relationships in freight forwarding.
Responsibilities
Evaluate the market regarding potential business opportunities
Manage customer portfolio - develop existing customers and acquire new ones
Demonstrate systematic approach regarding visits, phone calls and negotiations with clients, prepare presentations and quotations, price requests as well as RFQ handling
Prepare and negotiate contracts
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs
Demonstrate consultative sales approach / cross selling, offering complete CEVA suite of products and services and involving additional sales resources (if needed)
Requirements
High school or university degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of freight forwarding, ideally ground or mixed transportation products
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Very good command of English (verbal & written)
Computer Skills (MS Office) and CRM automation tools
Self-motivation & ability to work on own initiative
Valid driver's license category B with willingness to travel as business demands
Very important: commercial acumen, customer-orientation
