About the role
- Sales Development Representative with Up, connecting with potential clients and supporting Key Accounts team in Greece. Responsible for lead generation, outreach, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings for the Key Accounts team
- Manage and distribute incoming leads
- Execute LinkedIn activities (e.g. article sharing, content engagement)
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
- Maintain a high level of engagement with prospects and proactively identify their needs and challenges
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, including market strategies and pricing models
- Present products and services to potential clients and introduce new offerings to existing customers
- Researching new markets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or Social Sciences
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a telephone-based role (e.g., call center, telesales, or similar)
- Fluency in Greek (written & spoken) and good knowledge of English
- Any knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
- Good understanding of market and business trends
- Advanced user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
