About the role

  • Account Executive driving market entry for fintech solutions in Germany. Building clients and managing a scalable sales operation while understanding SME challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with SMEs across different industries whilst building the foundations for a scalable, high-performing sales operation.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns across emails, cold calls, video outreach, social selling, and industry events to attract high-quality leads.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding the specific financial and operational pressures facing German SMEs.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to shape product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for Germany.
  • Help INFINIT establish its reputation as the go-to fintech partner for SMEs in Germany.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally selling B2B, particularly to SMEs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can deliver compelling product demos and negotiate with confidence.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges facing German small businesses: margins, inventory management, financing, and customer acquisition.
  • Proactive and self-motivated — you take ownership, manage your own pipeline, and make things happen.
  • Adaptable and resilient — you thrive in a startup environment and stay focused when priorities shift.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail; comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Fluent in German (native or near-native) and professionally proficient in English — our internal team is international.
