About the role

  • Mitarbeiter für Kundenbindung und telefonische Akquise von Neukunden bei der IMS Group GmbH. Unterstützung aller Vertriebstätigkeiten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen in einem innovativen Unternehmen.

Responsibilities

  • Researching new customers, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, and supporting all field sales activities
  • Proactive telephone acquisition of new customers
  • Preparing and processing quotations, follow-up offers, orders and order confirmations
  • Collaborating with and supporting various internal departments as well as our subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification — motivated career changers welcome
  • Initial experience in a call center, telesales or customer service is desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone-based work
