  • Personal Lines Customer Service Agent maintaining customer relationships and handling insurance inquiries at Inspro. Focused on effective communication and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling inquiries and concerns
  • Present policy options and quote calculations to customers
  • Analyze questions and concerns from insureds or producers
  • Process incoming email and phone requests
  • Solicit additional data and explain underwriting decisions
  • Perform risk assessments and recommend modifications of coverage
  • Document electronic files accordingly
  • Review, evaluate, and issue new business policies

Requirements

  • Hold the insurance license required by NC
  • Minimum of two years personal lines insurance CSA experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages
  • Strong customer focus and excellent phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent math and reading skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customer phone calls
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Technology and computer proficiency including agency management systems.
