About the role

Responsibilities
- Piloter les opérations d’infrastructure des établissements IGESA sur la zone Ouest Méditerranée
- Conduire les opérations depuis l’analyse des besoins jusqu’à la mise en œuvre des garanties contractuelles
- Assurer le suivi technico-administratif des opérations jusqu’à la réception des ouvrages et leur remise à l’utilisateur
- Réaliser les études de faisabilité et définir les programmes d’opérations
- Rédiger, passer et suivre les marchés publics
- Assurer la réception des ouvrages et leur remise aux utilisateurs
Requirements
- Formation Bac +5 : Diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisé dans le bâtiment / la construction ou Master Bac +5 avec spécialisation infrastructure ou assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage
- Possibilité d’accès avec : Bac +3 (BUT, licence professionnelle…) avec au moins 7 ans d’expérience significative dans la conduite d’opérations d’infrastructure.
- Connaissance du code de la commande publique
- Pilotage de projets techniques
- Capacité d’analyse et de planification
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Sensibilité aux enjeux de construction durable
