About the role

  • Senior Payroll Specialist at ICEYE managing global payroll processes and compliance across multiple regions. Collaborating with finance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payroll cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate global payroll cycles and reporting to support compliance within a scaling finance team.
  • Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all payroll cycles.
  • Drive process improvements to an expanding function.
  • Ensure alignment with internal controls and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language is necessary.
  • Local labor and payroll legislation knowledge for one or several of these countries: Finland, Greece, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Japan, the United States.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems, along with strong Excel skills for data validation and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of identifying discrepancies, solving problems, and improving processes.
  • Excellent time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met across payroll cycles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
