Responsibilities
Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner.
Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately.
Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday).
Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks.
Requirements
Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Advanced level of French required.
Is known for their attention to detail, proactivity, and team spirit.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Is comfortable with technology and HR systems (Workday).
