About the role

- Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner.

- Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday).
- Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks.
Requirements
- Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced level of French required.
- Is known for their attention to detail, proactivity, and team spirit.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Is comfortable with technology and HR systems (Workday).
