About the role

  • Technician, Talent Acquisition supporting recruitment operations and enhancing employee experience at iA Financial Group. Engaging with candidates while managing HR information systems and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner.
  • Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately.
  • Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday).
  • Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks.

Requirements

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced level of French required.
  • Is known for their attention to detail, proactivity, and team spirit.
  • Stands out for their organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Is comfortable with technology and HR systems (Workday).
