Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of active customers in the Southern Cone, ensuring strong relationships and consistent account health.
Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, expansion).
Develop tailored account plans to drive customer engagement and long-term growth.
Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, business models, and market dynamics.
Proactively generate new opportunities within assigned territories, including white-space and underdeveloped accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting, qualification, and advancing opportunities.
Conduct outreach and develop relationships with new stakeholders across the Southern Cone.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted business development strategies.
Lead key conversations with Spanish-speaking customers, including onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and renewal cycles.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and early identification of risks.
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customers’ business objectives with company solutions.
Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams across LATAM.
Provide customer insights to internal stakeholders to improve product adoption and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Based in Brazil, available for hybrid work (São Paulo - Vila Olímpia).
Experience in SaaS, technology, software, or digital services strongly preferred.
Professional fluency in Spanish (required).
Advanced Portuguese and English (preferred).
3–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
Strong hunter mindset—comfortable with prospecting, pipeline creation, and revenue generation.
Account management experience in the Southern Cone or broader LATAM markets is a plus.
Ability to build relationships with decision-makers across industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
