  • Account Manager working in the technology and cybersecurity sector handling strategic accounts in Brazil. Engaging in consultative sales and expanding client opportunities in Santa Catarina.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring close relationships and identifying new opportunities;
  • Conduct active account prospecting in the region, developing strategic business opportunities;
  • Execute consultative sales, understanding client needs and proposing technology solutions;
  • Collaborate with technical teams and pre-sales to design solutions;
  • Lead commercial negotiations and follow the full sales cycle;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs in technology and security.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector;
  • Knowledge of technology solutions;
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and strategic vision;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Based in the Santa Catarina region (western, Planalto/highlands, and southern areas).
