Requirements
MBA HR Graduates in 2025 passed out with 1 to 6 months of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered)
Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs
At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no standing arrears or backlogs
Students applied for re-evaluation and waiting for the results would be considered with the initial results score declared
Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Access for data insights.
Foundational knowledge of HRMS processes and best practices is an advantage.
