Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations and contribute to HR administration, employee support, and HR development activities
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting
Help develop and update HR policies, guidelines, and internal materials
Contribute to employer branding, HR communications, and internal channels
Participate in HR projects and People & Culture initiatives
Act as a go-to support person for everyday HR-related questions
Requirements
Student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
Curious and motivated to learn about people, working life, and HR topics
Strong attention to detail and ability to streamline processes
Proactive, positive, and confident in asking questions
Understands the importance of trust and discretion
Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus but not required
Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel
