SEM/PPC Specialist managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for the largest digital agency in the Baltics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and drive account growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum results in paid search
Dive deep into the client's business objectives, develop and execute a search strategy
Support and scale product adoption by optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns
Work with cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth
Develop innovative solutions for clients using Google Ads
Requirements
1+ (minimum) years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across search engines
Be knowledgeable about bidding strategies: when to use manual bidding vs. automated strategies like Target ROAS (tROAS) or Target CPA (tCPA)
Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics 4
Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (HTML, JavaScript would be a plus)
Proficient in Lithuanian & English
Experience managing Display and Facebook performance campaigns would be a bonus
