About the role

  • HR Consultant focusing on strategic HR partnerships and consulting for small to mid-size businesses. Overseeing a flexible schedule and a mix of remote and onsite work as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic partnerships with small to mid-size Business Leaders
  • Make impactful differences
  • Utilize depth of HR experience in a creative way to serve small to mid-size organizations
  • Work approximately 20-25% onsite at clients' locations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional exempt-level HR experience
  • Proven HR business partner with strong coaching skills
  • Strong focus on process improvement, strategy, and HR automation
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Client-focused, a desire to partner with entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders
  • Experience working with start-ups or small businesses
  • Strong organizational, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfort performing tactical to strategic HR
  • Ability to travel as needed in your local area
  • Ability and desire to network and implement strong relationships within the community is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred
