Responsibilities
Manage Business Development and drive Retail Sales in direct relationship with Amazon EMEA
Improve existing processes and propose new ones, in a complex environment predominantly in the digital / e-commerce function
Demonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition
Push beyond what is expected
Eagerness to learn and be a change agent
Work and communicate efficiently with other internal organizations: channel sales, categories, marketing & trade marketing
Coordinate across functions within HP organization to ensure HP product are represented in the most effective way possible on the Amazon EMEA websites to optimize HP sales
Ensure compliance with Legal and SBC practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Extensive hands-on experience in business development roles within online consumer industry
2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Product Management or Marketing related to e-Commerce
Very strong analytical and commercial acumen is essential
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding of the IT industry, vendors landscape, and the channel, including competitive positioning
Understanding of HP’s organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure
Understanding of a select set of HP's products, services and solutions. Able to communicate the strengths of HP's offerings, and overcome objections.
