Responsibilities
Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers
Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality, and activity goals
Collaborate with your Regional Sales team to strategically identify and qualify Target Accounts
Deliver compelling promotional messages through various channels
Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients
Engage with Drooms’ Sales Enablement and RevOps team for training and certification
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including cold calling, pipeline building, and closing deals
A well-established network in M&A and/or Legal is essential
Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting targets
Strong knowledge of B2B or software sales, ideally with pre-sales experience
Enthusiastic Team player with a hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and high motivation
