About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager driving proactive customer acquisition and strategic partnerships for a leading data room provider in Europe. Collaborating with teams to enhance pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers
  • Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality, and activity goals
  • Collaborate with your Regional Sales team to strategically identify and qualify Target Accounts
  • Deliver compelling promotional messages through various channels
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients
  • Engage with Drooms’ Sales Enablement and RevOps team for training and certification

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including cold calling, pipeline building, and closing deals
  • A well-established network in M&A and/or Legal is essential
  • Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting targets
  • Strong knowledge of B2B or software sales, ideally with pre-sales experience
  • Enthusiastic Team player with a hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and high motivation
  • Business fluent in English.
