About the role

  • Business Development Manager for ARM-based Consumer Solutions at HP, driving market strategy and sales enablement. Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative technology solutions across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Enable go-to-market success, ensuring product readiness, and drive performance through targeted execution and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  • Drive readiness across local sales, marketing, and partner teams, including evangelism of products for local trainings, demos, etc.
  • Define performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities.
  • Track category performance against targets and KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field.
  • PC Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Consumer PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer segments.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive business results.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful campaign implementation.
  • Marketing Strategy: Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market, considering product positioning, target audience, and competitive analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
