About the role

  • Business Developer engaging with companies via structured cold calling and virtual consulting sessions. Driving company growth by understanding client needs and facilitating contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting companies through structured cold-calling phone outreach
  • Identifying appropriate contacts and stakeholders
  • Scheduling virtual consultation meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Presenting the offering in virtual meetings
  • Understanding the needs of contacts and managing the process through to contract signing
  • Handover to the Scientific Consulting team after contract signature and providing support as needed during the subsequent process
  • Customer meetings are conducted exclusively digitally; no travel required

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone sales for new customer acquisition
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the subject matter
  • Proactively reaching out to new contacts
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Ability to stay focused in the face of rejection
  • Professional demeanor and tact when dealing with executive-level contacts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Structured working style and self-motivation
  • Business-fluent German (C1); English is not required
