Responsibilities
Contacting companies through structured cold-calling phone outreach
Identifying appropriate contacts and stakeholders
Scheduling virtual consultation meetings via Microsoft Teams
Presenting the offering in virtual meetings
Understanding the needs of contacts and managing the process through to contract signing
Handover to the Scientific Consulting team after contract signature and providing support as needed during the subsequent process
Customer meetings are conducted exclusively digitally; no travel required
Requirements
Experience in telephone sales for new customer acquisition
Enthusiasm and passion for the subject matter
Proactively reaching out to new contacts
Comfortable with cold calling
Ability to stay focused in the face of rejection
Professional demeanor and tact when dealing with executive-level contacts
Entrepreneurial mindset
Structured working style and self-motivation
Business-fluent German (C1); English is not required
