Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers across assigned markets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and potential opportunities
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
  • Increase customer retention and loyalty to prevent churn
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction with current products/services
  • Ask structured questions to customers to uncover pain points
  • Document feedback and recurring issues for the team
  • Escalate critical concerns to relevant teams
  • Drive the introduction and promotion of Premium Care services as a key priority
  • Clearly communicate benefits and value propositions
  • Handle objections and customer concerns effectively
  • Support customers in activating key products/features
  • Provide simple, step-by-step guidance
  • Adapt communication to non-native English speakers
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM
  • Generate reports and insights for management

Requirements

  • Strong command of English, with confidence in communicating with international customers
  • Strong sales experience with a commercial mindset, balanced with customer service skills
  • Experience with WordPress, web hosting, and overall website management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
  • Strong team player with good collaboration skills
