About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contact companies through structured cold-calling telephone outreach
  • Identify appropriate contacts and schedule virtual consultation appointments via Microsoft Teams
  • Present the offering in virtual meetings
  • Understand the counterpart's needs
  • Manage the process through to contract signing
  • Handover to the Scientific Consulting team after contract signing
  • Provide support in the further process as needed
  • Prepare conversations in a structured manner

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone sales for new customer acquisition
  • Ability to engage and excite people about a topic
  • Proactive outreach to new customers
  • No fear of cold calling
  • Resilient and focused despite rejection
  • Professional demeanor
  • Sensitivity when communicating at executive/management level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Structured way of working and self-motivation
  • Business-fluent German (C1); English is not required
