Responsibilities
You lead, inspire and coach a team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists
As a strategic sparring partner, you advise management and people leaders with data-driven insights across all phases of the employee lifecycle and actively shape organizational development
You own and optimize our talent and performance management processes end-to-end (e.g. succession planning, feedback cycles)
You drive organizational development projects and design competitive compensation and incentive systems
You further develop our talent acquisition strategy and are responsible for optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process
You strengthen our employer brand and ensure an outstanding candidate experience across all touchpoints
You not only ensure compliance of our HR processes, but also enable managers to make legally sound decisions through clear policies and practical, hands-on guidance
Requirements
Relevant experience in senior HR roles (Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition)
Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning and designing effective talent development and Compensation & Benefits systems
Proven track record managing people budgets, workforce analytics and making data-driven decisions
Comprehensive knowledge of German labor law
Experience designing and implementing future-proof talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
Proficient in common HRIS and ATS platforms
Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled HR technologies
Excellent stakeholder management at executive level
Ability to drive organizational change
Strong coaching skills
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
