- Erfolgsbilanz im Management von Personalbudgets und Workforce Analytics
- Umfassende Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
- Erfahrung in der Konzeptentwicklung von Talent-Acquisition-Strategien
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
