Responsibilities
Support the design of modern HR organizations and employee-centric processes
Support the implementation of HR (cloud) systems as well as talent and performance management concepts
Contribute to the development of innovative, competitive strategies and concepts for our clients
Participate in transformation processes, IPOs, and mergers
Support strategic initiatives with consideration of corporate objectives
Contribute to exciting international projects
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a master’s program with analytical/quantitative focuses, e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related field
Some initial professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally with an HR focus, is an advantage but not required
Relevant internships in a corporate environment can also be advantageous
You are motivated by challenges at the intersection of strategy and HR
You enjoy preparing presentations and visualizing information, are analytically strong, and work with attention to detail
You have strong communication and teamwork skills and, with guidance and support from experienced consultants, create creative solutions for our clients
You are ambitious and goal-oriented and eager to prepare for a potential career in consulting
You already have excellent skills in common MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
In addition to strong German language skills, you are fluent in English
