Responsibilities
Ensure that all processes related to people management operate efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with labor legislation;
Onboarding (Hrestart vs. WD);
Vacation tracking;
Training tracking;
Internal communications;
Update notice boards / corporate TV;
Birthday tracking / "Coffee Chat";
Onboarding of new employees and third-party contractors;
Management of extra commuter vouchers (VT) for overtime (HE);
Management and provision of benefits;
File control and organization;
Organization of committees (events, GPTW, commemorative dates);
Manage inquiries, visits and psychologist registrations/appointments and room reservations;
Update Lean board;
Monitoring of time clocks and time clock ribbons;
Support corporate programs (e.g., Continuing Education);
Maintain and update the GPTW spreadsheet in Teams;
Verification of meal vouchers (VA);
Sending cafeteria information;
Manage work schedules and process requests for schedule changes.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
