Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all processes related to people management operate efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with labor legislation;
  • Onboarding (Hrestart vs. WD);
  • Vacation tracking;
  • Training tracking;
  • Internal communications;
  • Update notice boards / corporate TV;
  • Birthday tracking / "Coffee Chat";
  • Onboarding of new employees and third-party contractors;
  • Management of extra commuter vouchers (VT) for overtime (HE);
  • Management and provision of benefits;
  • File control and organization;
  • Organization of committees (events, GPTW, commemorative dates);
  • Manage inquiries, visits and psychologist registrations/appointments and room reservations;
  • Update Lean board;
  • Monitoring of time clocks and time clock ribbons;
  • Support corporate programs (e.g., Continuing Education);
  • Maintain and update the GPTW spreadsheet in Teams;
  • Verification of meal vouchers (VA);
  • Sending cafeteria information;
  • Manage work schedules and process requests for schedule changes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Intermediate English.
