About the role

  • IT Administrator managing digital infrastructure at HÖRMANN Informationssysteme GmbH. Providing First and Second Level Support and configuring IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Handle tickets in First and Second Level Support
  • Act as first point of contact for service requests
  • Analyze, resolve and document hardware and software issues as they arise
  • Configure and commission IT systems; assist with rollouts
  • Relocate users/workstations
  • Provide application support and user training
  • Client management, including installation and configuration of clients

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in IT or equivalent
  • Open to new technologies and concepts
  • English language skills
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook
