Responsibilities
Handle tickets in First and Second Level Support
Act as first point of contact for service requests
Analyze, resolve and document hardware and software issues as they arise
Configure and commission IT systems; assist with rollouts

Client management, including installation and configuration of clients
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training in IT or equivalent
Open to new technologies and concepts
English language skills
Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11)
Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook
