About the role
- IT Administrator ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting cloud infrastructure optimization for sales-driven clients. Collaborating with teams to implement IT solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- You ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide general IT support, assist with troubleshooting, and proactively contribute innovative ideas.
- You operate and optimize our cloud infrastructure to keep our IT solutions up to date.
- Administration, management and optimization of our cloud environments, especially Microsoft 365 (including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams).
- Implementation and management of Intune for device and application management.
- Configuration and management of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions, including Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender.
- Development and implementation of security policies and compliance standards within the MS365 environment.
- Automation of processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Management of security solutions such as Sophos Intercept X.
- Configuration and administration of the RingCentral telephone system.
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration.
- Very good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Ideally Microsoft or ITIL certifications.
- Strong service orientation, team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical skills and a quick grasp.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Language skills according to the Common European Framework: German C1 and English B2.
- AWS knowledge (nice to have).
