Responsibilities
You ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide general IT support, assist with troubleshooting, and proactively contribute innovative ideas.
You operate and optimize our cloud infrastructure to keep our IT solutions up to date.
Administration, management and optimization of our cloud environments, especially Microsoft 365 (including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams).
Implementation and management of Intune for device and application management.
Configuration and management of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions, including Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender.
Development and implementation of security policies and compliance standards within the MS365 environment.
Automation of processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
Management of security solutions such as Sophos Intercept X.
Configuration and administration of the RingCentral telephone system.
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration).
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration.
Very good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
Ideally Microsoft or ITIL certifications.
Strong service orientation, team spirit and excellent communication skills.
Outstanding analytical skills and a quick grasp.
Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Language skills according to the Common European Framework: German C1 and English B2.
AWS knowledge (nice to have).
