Responsibilities
Responsible for handling and resolving all queries, requests and issues in relation to Global HR and employment policies
Confidently provide sound advice and guidance to employees and managers in relation to People policies, Employment Law and processes
Support and advise Senior Managers to identify and implement solutions to specific people issues
Coach and empower line managers to effectively manage employee issues
Responsible for the input and maintenance of employee data to HR systems
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle processes
Manage payroll input and changes accurately and processed in accordance with payroll cut-off periods
Handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy
Pro-actively identify and suggest opportunities to improve processes
Requirements
Previous experience in HR / People administration
