People Operations Associate supporting the People & Talent team at Aave Labs. Coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee data, and aiding recruitment operations in a Web3 environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including documentation, swag, and system setup
Maintain accurate employee data across our HRIS, ATS, and other internal tools
Support employee lifecycle changes such as role updates, promotions, and offboarding by managing the necessary administrative steps and documentation
Handle background checks, visa coordination, and other compliance-related tasks
Support the Talent function with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and recruitment-related admin
Keep our learning management system (LMS) current and organised, ensuring content and access are up to date
Help identify process improvements and opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive tasks
Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits, and immigration in collaboration with Finance and Legal
Assist with ad hoc projects across recruitment and other People team initiatives
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a similar role - ideally within a high-growth, global, or tech environment (Web3 experience is a big plus)
Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, records, and documentation
Excellent organisational skills - you keep things on track and know how to prioritise competing tasks
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on getting things done efficiently and accurately
Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
Interest in the Web3 space and curiosity about how People and Talent operations can evolve in a decentralised world
