Responsibilities

  • Conduct more accurate hiring with a focus on finding candidates who fit our client's culture;
  • Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring a consistent, humane, and well-structured selection and onboarding journey;
  • Be organized and committed to deadlines — you will be responsible for keeping the process moving with quality and within expected timeframes;
  • Map the market to provide comparative benchmarks and relevant information to the company;

Requirements

  • Strong organization from beginning to end in all tasks you are involved with;
  • Full alignment with our values;
  • Experience in the corporate environment, especially in recruitment and selection, finance, administration, and projects, with solid knowledge of the market;
