About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and lead long-term product strategies aligned with business goals by conducting market and user research, identifying trends, and maintaining product roadmaps
- Manage agile teams through ideation to release, prioritize backlogs, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-impact solutions
- Act as the voice of the employee by translating feedback into features, collaborating with design teams, and leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and prototyping to refine experiences
- Partner with Architecture, Information Risk, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, communicate product vision, and facilitate seamless execution
- Define KPIs, monitor product performance, manage risks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and iterative enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery or business systems analysis, preferably in HR technology
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI) to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, or improve user experience
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in HR and communications technology (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, sentiment analysis)
