About the role

  • Account Executive managing sales cycles for EPR Compliance solutions within a packaging sustainability platform. Engaging with clients and closing deals to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive win-win outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly bookings targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and market trends on packaging compliance(US/CA EPR).
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, the business development team, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Travel requirements: Industry conferences and to our NYC HQ
