About the role

  • Account Executive engaging with new leads to sell the customer 360 platform by building positive relationships. Developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting in High-Tech and Professional Services industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts in Germany
  • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs
  • Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with other sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Multiple years of full cycle sales experience in the SaaS environment
  • Managing a large list of hybrid net new accounts, with a focus on hunting new business
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended internal team
  • Fluent in German & English
