Responsibilities
Conduzir processos completos de **Recrutamento e Seleção** para vagas operacionais, administrativas, técnicas e estratégicas;
Realizar **alinhamento de perfil** com gestores e/ou clientes, entendendo necessidades técnicas, comportamentais e prazos;
Elaborar e divulgar vagas em **job boards**, redes sociais e demais canais de atração;
Triar currículos, realizar **entrevistas por competências**, aplicar e/ou acompanhar testes quando necessário;
Gerenciar o funil de R&S, garantindo **follow-up com candidatos, gestores e clientes**;
Apoiar e acompanhar o **processo admissional**, conferindo documentação, prazos e etapas (exame admissional, abertura de conta, contratos, etc.);
Atuar no processo de **integração (onboarding)** dos novos colaboradores quando necessário;
Manter controles, planilhas e sistemas atualizados com status dos processos seletivos;
Atuar de forma consultiva junto aos gestores e clientes, propondo melhorias nos processos de atração e seleção;
Apoiar demais demandas da área de RH conforme necessidade.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas a fins
Pacote Office intermediário
Experiência com recrutamento e seleção (alto volume de vagas será um diferencial)
