About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring effective onboarding and training for clients using innovative marketing software. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Run onboarding: Ensure customers can start using our platform quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver training: Help our customers better understand the software to get the most out of hellomateo.
  • Provide solution-oriented day-to-day support — pragmatic, fast, and reliable.
  • Continuously optimize the customer journey based on user data and feedback.
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities in close coordination with Sales.
  • Work closely with Product & Tech: bring the customers' voice into the team.
  • Document and analyze user feedback and KPIs to improve our services.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent German (C2) and strong English (B2/C1).
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of systems and software.
  • Experience in Customer Success, customer support, or a similar role is a plus.
