Responsibilities
Develop a new business strategy and roadmap to drive high-margin revenue through content and media partnerships, next-gen consumer experiences, and social agency services, with a strong emphasis on beauty and adjacent verticals.
Leverage existing beauty-industry relationships to identify new opportunities and actively pursue revenue from new and emerging beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and wellness clients.
Nurture and own senior-level client relationships, identifying new areas for engagement, organic growth, and incremental opportunities across Hello Sunshine properties.
Maintain an expert understanding of Hello Sunshine IP, brands, programming, creator/talent networks, social platforms, experiential opportunities, and emerging consumer channels.
Advocate for client goals - especially those of beauty and lifestyle marketers - in the development of insight-led, multi-channel campaigns and partnerships.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, high-performance environment that leads to the development and execution of powerful, culturally resonant client solutions.
Requirements
12+ years’ experience in selling content and media partnerships, influencer marketing, strategy, creative, and social - with proven sales success in the beauty industry.
A results-driven sales leader known for exceeding revenue goals and building strong, long-term beauty and lifestyle client relationships.
Extensive book of business and deep connections across beauty, personal care, skincare, haircare, wellness, and Fortune 500 brands targeting female consumers.
Self-starter and solution-oriented strategic thinker with strong decision-making, client management, and creative collaboration skills.
Customer-obsessed executive with a deep understanding of how beauty brands measure impact, build community, and scale storytelling.
