About the role

  • Sales Manager managing lead generation and client acquisition for integrated software solutions. Collaborating within a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & new customer acquisition: You approach potential customers, qualify leads and develop target accounts.
  • Solution selling: Advising on digital customer service solutions in Voice, Web, App, Chatbot and AI.
  • Opportunity management: Analyze customer requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Proposal & quote management: Prepare tailored proposals taking into account technical feasibility, financial parameters and customer requirements.
  • Sales cycle ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process — from strategy and negotiation to contract conclusion.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Team collaboration: Communicate with colleagues, share best practices and work together to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in solution selling of complex IT or software solutions.
  • Passion for acquisition, customer retention and closing deals.
  • Proactive, independent and results-oriented working style.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding and process-oriented thinking.
  • Enjoys teamwork, coaching and achieving shared goals.
