Responsibilities
Learn and understand the Medicare landscape through company-provided training and ongoing development
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their healthcare needs and recommend suitable plans
Maintain compliance with all CMS and company regulations
Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to manage leads and client information
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer care
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn and navigate CRM and quoting platforms
Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
