Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the Medicare landscape through company-provided training and ongoing development
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their healthcare needs and recommend suitable plans
  • Maintain compliance with all CMS and company regulations
  • Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to manage leads and client information
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer care
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
  • Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn and navigate CRM and quoting platforms
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
