About the role

  • Head of Sales and Marketing at Flagship Homes leading sales programmes and brands. Overseeing aftercare services and implementing effective strategies in housing development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Flagship’s Outright Sale and Low-Cost Home Ownership sales programmes
  • Oversee an effective aftercare service that puts customers first
  • Shape and implement clear sales and marketing strategies
  • Respond proactively to market change
  • Ensure outstanding operational delivery
  • Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement
  • Use performance insight to maximise value for money
  • Collaborate with internal teams, board committees and external partners
  • Support the Managing Director in delivering the wider business plan and strengthening the Flagship Homes brand

Requirements

  • Significant senior‑level experience within housing development, including outright sale and low‑cost home ownership
  • A strong understanding of housing design, specification and the end‑to‑end sales and aftercare journey
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven strategic and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering value for money
  • Strong analytical and IT skills, using performance insight to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, commercial environment
  • A relevant professional qualification and/or degree
  • A full UK driving licence
