About the role

  • HR Director overseeing Human Resources for the Beauty & Wellness business unit at Helen of Troy. Leading strategic HR initiatives while fostering an inclusive and engaging culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR requirements within the Beauty and Wellness Business Unit while leading a team
  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to B&W leaders
  • Champion a positive organizational culture and facilitate change management initiatives
  • Implement performance management processes supporting employee development and retention
  • Drive inclusion initiatives and collaborate on recruitment strategies
  • Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and company policies
  • Support global HR initiatives and lead special HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a business unit or divisional HR function
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant certifications
  • Experience in a multi-site or global organization
  • Exposure or experience with Canadian Labor Law
