About the role

• Recruiter assisting in recruitment efforts at Heetch, focusing on candidate experiences in Barcelona. Supporting hiring managers with interview processes and candidate communications.

Responsibilities

• Working hand in hand with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support our recruiting efforts, act as the candidate’s primary point of contact, and be the hiring managers' go-to person for hiring needs.
• By ensuring candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process, you will help us attract and hire top talent.
• As part of the broader People team, you'll work on improving the candidate experience and help, advise, train, and support everyone involved in the hiring process.
• You will be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting CV screening and first interviews.
• You will smoothly support recruiters and hiring managers in organizing candidate interviews and help improve processes where needed.
• You will support team members using our recruiting tools (Lever ATS), train users as needed, and help create relevant tutorials and documentation.
• You will leverage our data and generate reports to provide data-driven insights into our hiring practices.
• You will track employee referrals, manage rewards distribution, and help improve the referral program.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and French
• Well organized and proactive in planning for yourself and others
• Comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, international candidates, external vendors)
• Strong communicator who shares information frequently, clearly, and openly to keep everyone aligned
• Empathetic and supportive to both internal stakeholders (managers, recruiters, interviewers) and external candidates
• Ownership mindset and comfortable working autonomously
• Resourceful: you solve problems independently or know when to ask for help
• Understands the role and mission of recruitment within an organization
